Description

This Set of Small Natural Discs are ideal for a number of areas within the classroom provision. The open-ended nature of these mini wooden coins and discs provides endless opportunities for exploration. Children can use them during small world play, mathematical learning and to enhance their creative transient artwork.

By providing a good mix of open-ended resources alongside favoured animals and people, this will encourage and support story telling skills and imaginative thinking during small world play. Children can enjoy the challenge of creating a range of imaginative spaces and structures such as jungles, forests, and prehistoric parks for their small world figures, creating tales of their own whilst developing their communication, language, and vocabulary skills.

  • Assorted Natural Wooden slices, approx. 400g total weight, features discs ranging between 2-7cm in size
